Refund policy

We want you to love your MISSCHIIF piece. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition 
• Free from marks, scents, or damage

Please note: Every MISSCHIIF garment is hand screen-printed in Ireland. Each piece is one of a kind — natural variations in ink, texture, and placement are part of the process and are not considered defects. Returns cannot be accepted on the basis of these inherent characteristics.

 

To start a return, email contactmisschiif@gmail.com with your order number. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
