Launched on October 1st 2024, in celebration of Nigerian Indepedence Day, 'Black Excellence' was a two month exhibtion showcasing the work of seven African artists living and making in Dublin.

Selected through an open call, the exhibtion brought together painting, collage and poetry. The show extended beyond a traditional gallery space, the opening night designed as a immersive cultural experience, combining the visual arts with sound.
